Time to LENT a HAND

Reading the bulletin from my local church, an article caught my eye - "VOLUNTEERS NEEDED" as the CWL is officially closed ??? These were the ladies who volunteered their time every Thursday to clean the church between the hours of 0830 to 1100. Since I did not know about them or why they were disbanded, I decided that hey this is lent why not start it by offering my services and so .... every Thursday since I've been doing what others did before me. I find fulfilment in what I enjoy doing there and am glad to have turned-up. There is only a handful of us but we do our utmost ... Come, pray with me that everyone will do their share in keeping the House of GOD clean in every little ways. Amen.
